According to Bijie.com, DeSci project Bio Protocol announced plans to create a decentralized BioAgents team in 2025 that can use new biotech tools and integrate BIO token economics to complete longevity research, synthetic biology and scientific tasks in any BioDAO discipline. Bio Protocol will also equip each BioDAO with a coordination agent to allow scientists to focus on scientific research. Such agents will assist in different aspects such as community governance, transaction processes, marketing, patient/research recruitment, multi-signature management, and more. BIO tokens are a key way for BioProtocol to incentivize and manage the growth of BioAgent teams. Fees incurred by external partners using BioAgent teams will be destroyed.
