Forbes: Bitcoin volatility indicator approaches its highest level in March
According to Forbes, in March, an indicator measuring Bitcoin price volatility reached its highest value in nearly a year, and the value of Bitcoin experienced significant fluctuations that month.
Data compiled by asset management firm Blockforce Capital shows that Bitcoin’s 30-day annualized volatility climbed to 71.28% on March 24, when the metric reached its highest since April 14, 2024. The fluctuations in Bitcoin prices in March are in sharp contrast to the previous month, and on February 23, the 30-day annualized volatility of Bitcoin fell to 30.98%.
