孙宇晨在 X 平台发文称，First Digital Trust（FDT）盗窃用户资金与 FTX 挪用用户资金事件都是非常严重与恶劣的挪用用户资金事件，但是如果一定要比较一个恶劣程度，First Digital Trust （FDT）的恶劣程度是更加严重的，甚至比 FTX 恶劣十倍以上，原因如下： FTX 挪用用户资金，虽然用户对挪用并不知情，但至少在 FTX 内部，SBF 是做了一个质押借贷的样子，代表 Alemeda Research,向 FTX 抵押了大量的 FTT/SRM/FTX 股份/Maps 代币，来出借用户资金，至少在表面上看起来，这是一笔借贷，并且按照百分比进行了一定程度的抵押，而 FDT 则是直接未经用户授权，在用户不知情的情况下，直接挪用盗窃资产，连内部抵押的流程都没有。 SBF 挪用 FTX 的用户资金，未经用户授权，但最终用于了投资，最终至少绝大多数进入了 Robinhood 公司股票，Anthropic 等 AI 公司等质量上乘的公司，并未进行贪污与享乐，而 FDT 目前来看，绝大多数进入了私人公司，完全被挪用贪污了，并未进行任何实质意义的投资。 SBF 在事件败露后，态度至少是积极的，至少积极补救，聘请律所想办法挽回用户资产，而 Vincent Chok 卓君强在挪用事实败露后，仍然指鹿为马，装作什么事情都没发生，主观恶意极大。 FTX 事件发生后，美国监管机构与执法机关迅速采取了行动，主动介入了 FTX 破产环节，并且逮捕了 FTX 相关涉事人员（包括 SBF），积极控制局面，帮助用户挽损，避免了对于美国金融声誉的重大影响。
