· An unknown whale/institutional address "7 Sibling" spent 41.78 million USDC /USDT on the decline to buy 25,092 ETH at an average price of US$1,665.

· A new address cost 8.13 million DAI to buy 4,983.56 ETH at an average price of US$1,631.
