On April 10, according to Bloomberg, despite a dramatic change in the U.S. digital asset regulatory environment under Trump, the world's most popular and risky crypto products, perpetual futures contracts, remain banned from U.S. investors.
Many in the industry believe that this may change soon. Perpetual futures contracts for cryptocurrencies account for the majority of daily trading volumes on crypto trading platforms around the world and are expected to be open to U.S. investors.
