After a comprehensive review of the Foundation’s public disclosures and the authenticity and sustainability of the business, it was decided to terminate the transaction support because LOOM did not meet the standards for maintaining transaction support. The transaction (buy/sell) termination date and time is temporarily set at 15:00 on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
