On April 14, the National Investment Agency, a subsidiary of the President of Kyrgyzstan, has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Binance founder CZ, formally appointed him as a national blockchain development, cryptocurrency regulation and Web3 innovation consultant, according to Cointelegraph. CZ will provide the Kyrgyz government with digital asset framework guidance and blockchain infrastructure technical support, while promoting talent development and DeFi innovation environment construction.

Previous reports Pakistan announced the appointment of CZ as a cryptocurrency strategy consultant on April 7.
