On April 15, Binance officially issued a statement on the X platform, saying, "All services are gradually recovering and re-launching, and the withdrawal function has also been reopened. Please note that during the full recovery of the system, some services may still be delayed. We will continue to monitor to ensure that all operations are recovering smoothly."

Previously, Binance official posted on the X platform, saying, "Due to the temporary interruption of the AWS data center network, some services on the Binance platform have problems. Some orders are still successful, but some orders fail. If the order fails, please try to initiate the order again. To ensure user safety, the withdrawal function has been suspended and will be opened immediately after the problem is resolved. The team is working closely with AWS to resolve this issue as soon as possible."
